This first hand understanding of the specific fitness requirements for sailing has resulted in him training some of the top sailors in the world. In addition to the sailing industry, Shaun's other clients include marathon runners, swimmers and tri-athletes, many having to fit in training alongside busy lives with families and jobs “By embarking on a training programme with me, people push themselves harder than they would on their own. I work closely with each of my clients, keeping them motivated and focused on their objective."
